Our guarantee
If your QR code doesn't scan correctly after purchase, email us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request
Email kindappsstudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your Stripe receipt. We'll process it within 2 business days.
Outside 30 days
We consider refund requests outside the 30-day window on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll do our best.
Non-refundable
We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind after downloading the Pro tool and successfully using it.
